I wore these for about an hour and my feet were already aching. From that experience, I’d say they really don’t offer much arch support, at least not enough for me. They might be fine for short wear, but I wouldn’t count on them if you need solid support.

I expected more for the price. The sandals looked nice enough in the photos, but once I got them in person, they felt basic and not like something that should cost that much.
I don’t mind paying more when the quality is there, but it feels only fair that the product should match what you’re charging. The material didn’t feel especially nice, and after wearing them for a bit, they just weren’t very comfortable or special.
I wouldn’t buy them again. In my opinion, you can probably find similar sandals for less somewhere else, and that feels like the more reasonable choice

The sandals showed up and they were fine, but the delivery took longer than they said it would. The tracking barely updated, so I kept checking and wondering what was going on. It wasn’t a total disaster, but it was annoying, and I felt kind of stupid for trusting their delivery estimate...

The stitching started coming loose after only a few wears, and one of the straps already looked a little uneven from the beginning. There were also glue marks around the edge of the sole, which made them feel kind of rushed and cheaply finished.

so I reached out to customer service and never got a response. It’s frustrating when no one replies at all

I ordered my usual size and it was noticeably smaller than expected. Like, give me a break, I shouldn’t have to guess this much just to get the right fit.
